Project Achievements

  • FCG undertook stormwater strategy planning and conceptual design to adhere to stringent authority conditions associated with direct discharge to the nearby river system
  • Extensive earthworks modelling and open channel drainage design to accommodate Q100 catchment flows was designed with inclusion of a series of Ephemeral Wetlands and low-level retention basins
  • Design of new sewer rising main infrastructure and internal water supply reticulation was provided to overcome challenges associated with site levels, an absence of nearby existing public infrastructure reticulation and capacity issues
  • Significant emphasis on erosion and sediment control design and monitoring throughout construction to mitigate sediment and gross pollutant runoff into downstream waterways
